Classic G&T

We like G&T’s 4 ways; with fresh Lime, Lemon or Cucumber and when the season allows it we choose fresh Pomegranate in generous proportions! Take your glass add plenty of ice, 1 part gin, 3 parts of a subtle tonic and your choice of fresh garnish.
Negroni

The Negroni is a popular Italian cocktail, made of one part gin, one part vermouth rosso, and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel. It is considered an apéritif. A properly made Negroni is stirred, not shaken, and built over ice and garnished with a slice of orange.
Gimlet

The Gimlet has been around since the 1850’s and was originally promoted in New York by doctors as a common cold remedy, today it is simply a delightful sweet cocktail typically made of 4 parts gin, 1 part simple syrup and 1 part lime juice. Add ice, shake hard and strain with a garnish of lime.
Martini

The Martini is a cocktail made with 6 parts gin and 1 part dry vermouth, and garnished with an olive or a lemon twist. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled Martini cocktail glass. Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink, or garnish with olive.
